    • Rinse sea moss thoroughly by massaging in a bowl to remove any sea debris. Repeat until water is clear.
    • Soak overnight in clean spring or distilled water only. Can soak 10-24 hours. The longer, the softer it will be to blend. Add in a key lime to neutralize ocean taste/smell.
    • Sea Moss will triple in size. Make sure bowl is big enough for expansion, with enough water.
    • Blend on high speed with same water that contains minerals. Adding water gradually. If too thick, add more water. Blend until smooth & creamy. (Apple sauce consistency)
    • You may add any fruit to blender as desired, to taste. Store in an airtight glass jar in fridge and consume within 3 weeks if fruit was added. Consume within 5-6 weeks for plain gel.
    • Every 2oz. of dry sea moss will make approximately 24oz. of gel, depending on your consistency.
